HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?
STEP 1
JOIN THE CHALLENGE
Before you can begin your 5-week transformation, you have to take the first step.
That means overcoming the natural self doubt which holds us all back and making a commitment to yourself to change the things you're not happy with, and accept the help to do so.
Once you do that the results will follow
STEP 2
YOU'RE IN
You will receive all the details to download the FWF App and join the Private WhatsApp group as well as access to the FWF gym, classes and group Personal Training.
Once you join the challenge, you'll be invited to a CLOSED WhatsApp group with all the other challengers. This is a safe space away from any family, friends, or doubters, where you can ask for advice, share your feelings and experiences throughout the challenge and, most importantly, celebrate your results.
STEP 3
TRANSFORM YOUR BODY
You will be given all the information support and everything you need to transform your body and fitness over the next 5 weeks.
But look, I can't do this for you. It's down to you to make the changes that will help you transform your body, but I know for a fact that if you make use of the training, the education, the accountability, and the plan that comes with the Challenge, you will succeed.
